Sec 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 19o furnish secu73 allows the Executive Magistrate to require a person to furnish a security bond assuring that they will maintain peace and public tranquility.
Ques: How is this situation different from a contract of guarantee if you are depositing a sum of money as
a surety that your money will be confiscated it you destroy or disturb the peace?
