The Career Development Program works on three fronts:
- Substantial knowledge of international human rights treaties
- Ability to send stronger applications for jobs/internships
- Researching and writing analytical articles on human rights

About the Mentor:
Adv. Samiksha Gupta, the Founder and Managing Editor of Leagle Samiksha, is trained in International Human Rights, Humanitarian and Criminal Law from UNICRI. She possesses dynamic work experience in and out of court and as an educator. In the last three years, she has taught and trained hundreds of students on human rights and international law nationwide through workshops, lectures and seminars. She presently teaches these subjects at O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat.
